I was welcomed with a drink upon arrival, Brent made our check-in amusing and smooth. the room's decor was inspired by past performances at Crystal Ballroom, creating a cozy and unique atmosphere. the hotel's proximity to the concert venue was a big plus for us, making it convenient to attend the show and then retreat back for a good night's sleep. the combination of history, music, and creativity at McMenamins Crystal Hotel made our city break in Portland unforgettable and truly special.
